One night, she stumbles upon a vending machine. Not just any machine—but one that shouldn’t exist. It hums. It glitches. It responds to Japanese yen and dispenses items that defy language, biology, and maybe logic itself.

SCP Bloodwater is a strategy management defense game inspired by the SCP Foundation’s SCP-354, also known as the Red Pool. Take the role of a newly appointed Site Director at the Red Pool Containment Zone, harvest valuable organic material, and defend the facility against the Red Pool’s attacks.

Just like in the original SCP-914, much of the gameplay on this game involve experimenting on different test items as trial objects and then wait for different results. To put it simply, just place an item on SCP-914’s intake area, pick a “setting” and click confirm. Each setting functions similarly as described in SCP-914: “ROUGH” breaks the item, “COARSE” disassembles the item, “1:1” converts the item to an similar but still different one, “FINE” refines the item and “VERY FINE” converts the item to ways beyond imaginable.

Snowman is a short visual novel created for the Winter Visual Novel Jam 2022. It features the story of a man stranded in the middle of nowhere during a blizzard. In his search of a shelter, he found a cottage. What could be waiting for him there?
